A private studio for the work you have already made
Start with your photographs and artwork: preserve the originals, recover the metadata already inside them, organize the collection, make derivatives, and add local search or AI only where it helps.
This is a starting Recipe, not a live SKU. The architecture is canonical and inspectable, but opening this Recipe does not authorize public ingress, customer traffic, model activation or commercial release.

8 rollsPrivate by default- postgresKeeps albums, provenance, workflow state and normalized metadata durable.
- rustfsStores original and derivative bytes through the accepted portable S3 path.
- lycheeGives the creator a human place to upload, browse, organize and review assets.
- exiftoolReads embedded EXIF, IPTC and XMP facts without pretending inference is source truth.
- imagemagickCreates thumbnails and derivatives while leaving the canonical original unchanged.
- n8nOrchestrates ingestion, retries, organization and enrichment steps.
- ollamaProvides optional local model inference for creator-approved captions, tags and classification.
- qdrantIndexes approved/enriched text so assets can be found by semantic meaning.
Start from an architecture, not from individual app choices.
This Recipe is bound to jubako.creator-asset-studio, which extends the accepted jubako.sushii-assets. If you keep the canonical Roll set, the saved Recipe preserves that Jubako as its source. If you change the Roll set in Builder, the saved draft becomes an explicit custom Variant instead of pretending the canonical architecture was unchanged.
CAS-04 accepted RustFS as the maintained portable Sushii Assets default.
Advanced/source-build compatibility only. It is never substituted silently for RustFS.
Managed S3-compatible provider. It remains an explicit external binding, not a fabricated Roll.
The Rolls above are canonical Kitchen source. This starting Recipe is deliberately not a claim that the workflow, legal authority, customer traffic, commercial projection or model activation belongs to Kitchen.
